Helical Piles Ontario
Helical (screw) pile foundations for MegaDome fabric buildings — installed in a day, engineered to bearing depth, no excavation and no concrete cure time.
Built for purpose. Built for Ontario.
Helical piles are steel shafts with welded helices that screw into the ground until refusal or engineered bearing depth. They replace poured footings on remote sites, seasonal builds, high-water-table sites, and relocatable installations. Every pile is installed with a torque monitor so the engineer can certify bearing capacity in real time.
For MegaDome fabric buildings, helical piles are a natural fit: they preserve the building's ability to be relocated, avoid the 28-day concrete cure, and work through the winter. Building Depot supplies engineered helical foundations across Ontario — from Northern mining camps to GTA warehousing overflow.
The MegaDome advantage.
