MegaDome fabric buildings can sit on ballast blocks, helical piles or engineered concrete. When the site calls for permanent construction — a salt shed, an aircraft hangar, a distribution warehouse — Building Depot provides the concrete package turnkey: site survey, geotech coordination, formwork, rebar, pour and cure.

We handle every common foundation type: grade beam and pier, strip footing, cast-in-place pier, full 8" or 10" slab-on-grade, and pre-cast salt-shed L-block wall systems. Every foundation is designed by a P.Eng licensed in Ontario, sized for the building's snow, wind and uplift loads, and integrated with the MegaDome base plate anchor pattern.
