HOW WE BUILD
A four-step turnkey installation.
STEP 01
Site & Foundation
We pour and build the foundation ourselves — piers, blocks, concrete or P2000 helical anchors. No outside contractors, no scheduling gaps. One Building Depot crew, start to finish.
STEP 02
Delivery
Steel and membrane arrive on our trucks, scheduled to your install window so nothing sits unprotected.
STEP 03
Erection
Our Ontario crews assemble trusses, set the structure and tension the membrane — weeks, not months.
STEP 04
Hand-Off & Warranty
Final walk-through, documentation, and a 10/15-year structure and membrane warranty package.
