MegaDome XL Series Wide Span

The XL series is Building Depot's answer to the classic wide-span problem: you need real interior volume — a loader turning 360°, a semi-truck pulling straight through, a helicopter or single-engine aircraft parked with wing clearance — but the project doesn't warrant the cost or lead time of a full custom truss-arch AR building.

XL delivers 90 ft to 130 ft of clear span in the same modular install format as HP, XP and HHP, and its vertical-lean sidewall profile maximizes usable cubic feet under the arch. That geometry is what makes XL the go-to profile for warehousing, mid-size aircraft hangars, helicopter hangars, indoor sports facilities and heavy equipment storage.

Eave heights can be engineered up to 30 ft, with drive-through door packages, insulated wall assemblies, radiant heating, LED lighting and ventilation available as options. Every XL project ships with sealed Ontario engineering, hot-dip galvanized steel frame and heavy PVC membrane.
