Personnel Doors Ontario

Every occupied MegaDome fabric building needs OBC-compliant personnel egress. Building Depot supplies the doors, frames, hardware and vestibule engineering as part of the turnkey package — 3'0" and 3'6" single or 6'0" double insulated steel doors, panic bars where the occupancy calls for them, ULC-listed fire-rated openings where the fire separation requires them.

Every opening is engineered into the MegaDome shop drawings with proper header steel, weather sealing and vestibule design. That means the doors install correctly, the ESA and OBC inspectors sign off without change orders, and the fire code is satisfied for the intended occupancy load.
