Emergency Lighting Ontario
OBC-compliant emergency egress lighting for MegaDome fabric buildings — battery-backed LED heads, illuminated exit signage and self-diagnostic test panels engineered into every occupied build.
Built for purpose. Built for Ontario.
Ontario Building Code and CSA C22.2 require battery-backed emergency egress lighting and illuminated exit signage in every occupied building — including engineered fabric buildings. Building Depot's emergency lighting package includes 30-minute battery-backed LED remote heads, self-diagnostic test panels and photoluminescent or LED exit signage sized for the building's egress path.
Every emergency lighting layout is engineered into the electrical shop drawings by Building Depot and stamped by the Ontario P.Eng-of-Record. That means the AHJ signs off the ESA inspection without change orders, and monthly / annual self-tests satisfy the OBC and fire code requirements without an electrician visit.
The MegaDome advantage.
