Fabric buildings used to be associated only with agriculture. That's old news. Today some of our most demanding clients are commercial: distribution warehouses needing 30 ft eave heights, aviation operators housing $5M aircraft, and sports operators running year-round multi-sport domes.
Warehouse and Distribution
Ontario logistics operators use fabric for overflow storage, cross-dock buffer, and seasonal capacity. A 100×200 fabric warehouse can be on the ground 6 months faster than a conventional steel build, capturing peak-season revenue.
Aircraft Hangars
Fabric hangars are dominant for general aviation and corporate aircraft up to mid-size business jets. Clear-span widths to 200+ ft and bi-fold doors with full clear opening make fabric the natural choice. The translucent envelope is a major safety improvement — full daylight on every preflight.
Sports and Recreation
Indoor soccer, baseball, and golf operators across Ontario have moved to fabric for the lighting economics and clear-span widths. A 120×200 sports dome can replace a $4M arena project at less than half the cost.
Recycling and Waste Transfer
Material recovery facilities and waste transfer stations need huge clear-span volumes and corrosion-resistant envelopes. Fabric is now the default solution for new MRF construction in Ontario.
